These general terms and conditions of sale govern the purchase of accommodation and ancillary services offered by Carosello B&B – Cocktail Bar, located in Capoliveri, Elba Island (LI), via the official website bnb.caroselloelba.it.

2. Bookings and Payments

A booking is only considered confirmed upon receipt of the confirmation email sent by the establishment. Payment is processed via the secure Nexi platform, which guarantees maximum data protection. Major credit and debit cards from the Visa, Mastercard, Maestro and V-Pay networks are accepted. Prices are quoted in euros and include VAT.

3. Tourist Tax and Landing Fee

We would like to inform our guests that the Municipality of Capoliveri does not levy a tourist tax on overnight stays. Guests are subject only to the landing fee for access to the Island of Elba, which is generally already paid upon purchase of the travel ticket (ferry or flight). No municipal tax is payable on site to the property.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Free cancellation: You may cancel your booking without incurring any charges up to 7 days before your scheduled arrival date.
• Late cancellation: For cancellations made after this deadline, or in the event of a no-show, the cost of the first night (or the percentage specified in the rate selected at the time of booking) will be retained.
• Refund Method: Any refunds due will be credited back via the same payment method used (Nexi) within 10 working days of the cancellation being confirmed.

5. Check-in and Check-out

Check-in: From 15:00 to 22:00. Please notify us of your expected arrival time at least 24 hours in advance.

Check-out: Rooms must be vacated by 11:00 am on the day of departure.

6. Processing of Personal Data

The data provided at the time of booking will be processed exclusively for the management of your stay and for tax and public safety compliance, in full compliance with the GDPR and our Privacy Policy, which can be viewed on the website. Credit card details are processed directly by the secure servers of Nexi Payments SpA and are not stored on our website.

7. Jurisdiction

Any dispute relating to the interpretation, performance or termination of this contract shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Livorno.
